Our seasonal dishes in the Restaurant la Palagina are created from simple elements and are rich in taste, colour and aroma; classic cuisine re-imagined with a modern twist.

Our dishes are mainly created from locally sourced ingredients (both to exploit the fantastic local produce and to help the environment), skilfully combined by our chef. The menu is completed by a carefully chosen range of Italian cheeses, a selection of the most prestigious Italian wines and tasty and original deserts.
