Patron sommelier
Paolo Arnetoli was born 1966, in a village just 2 km away from the Villa la Palagina. He began his career in the restaurant business at the age of 16, and has worked with the Elite Club Vacanze group since 1985 as a manager of their restaurants and bars. His love and passion for great food and wines has led to him create and run a variety of restaurants and bars since 1988, and to become a professional sommelier in 2001. Today, he is the director of the Girasole Srl and Artevera Srl, companies that are involved with both restaurants and tourism, and in 2006 he became the proprietor of the La Palagina Restaurant.
Food and beverage manager
Fabio Bernini, born in 1978, acquired his skill and professionalism during a career which has seen him work in a variety of roles in both slow and fast food establishments throughout Italy. He has also worked in Copenhagen and Orlando.
